The intent of Sea Island Ballet is to educate students in a well-focused and disciplined classroom, and to support their endeavour to study ballet seriously. Proper technique is key to developing skill in ballet, and performance is an essential part of the ballet art form. In order to join the Company, you'll need to be assessed for enrolment. SIDCo dancers are required to participate in both technique and choreography/rehearsal classes. The once-weekly rehearsal time is dedicated to preparation for our numerous performances throughout the year.
